Yesterday was a lil bit of a milestone, we ran 10 miles! It’s been a couple of years, but I made it, kept with my group. So funny how nervous I was about it, tossed and turned all friday night. I was very sore, though it’s better today, my knee, the arch of my right foot, and intermittent shin pain are an issue…thank you foam roller! I have a feeling it would be WAY worse if I hadn’t beat myself up with it last night.
Feeling pretty good guys, wound down the weekend with a trip to Home Depot, and a lil garden time, always relaxing. Before I run, well not ru- you know, ha! Check out the kick ass sunrise from this morning, BEAUTIFUL!
